I started using this shampoo in 2 years ago when I was experiencing severe hair fall. Within few months these were the results. Hairfall problem was gone and it gave length and volume as well. Though recently I did used another shampoo for few weeks and lost so much hair so m back to my magic product again and not switching it ever. Yes if want to change your shampoo then you can use heena variant as well.
